To qualify to order wholesale you must either be a retailer. Retailers must have a Sales/Use Tax Resale Permit or Business License from their jurisdiction, and must fax or mail a photocopy of license or permit to our fax number or address listed on the contact us page within 7 days of placing initial order for goods.
